Regional information meetings
The government organises regional information meetings at which the Minister of Justice provides information on terrorism and counterterrorism to local authorities. The AIVD, the NCTb and the Surveillance and Protection Coordinator also attend these meetings, which emphasise the fact that cooperation in the field of counterterrorism between central government and the local authorities, and between the local authorities themselves, is of vital importance.
