Tackling terrorist financing
The NCTb is examining how the Public Prosecution Service can tackle terrorist financing. The Ministry of Finance bears primary responsibility for this policy area.
Key issues include:
- transparency and accountability of foundations and associations;
- reliability of the register of the Chamber of Commerce;
- information exchange within government;
- the role of the Public Prosecution Service in the exercise of its civil-law powers regarding foundations.
