1. Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft (Tokyo, 1963)

This convention concerns acts that compromise safety on board aircraft. It authorises the aircraft commander to intervene when he or she has reason to believe that a person on board has committed, or intends to commit, an act that endangers the safety of the aircraft.
