What is CBRN terrorism?
CBRN terrorism means a terrorist attack using chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear substances (CBRN agents). CBRN terrorism does not necessarily involve weapons of mass destruction; it can involve small-scale attacks with few or no victims. It often instils considerable fear in people.
